Refund & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy? 
We allow for any merchandise in new condition with original tags attached to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the order ship date. The shipping cost is not included.

How do I return an item? 

1. Return must be received back in NEW condition with all original tags attached. 
2. Include this RETURN FORM.  

Please Note: Your return will not be processed without this form. If this form is not in your return package, we cannot track your return, therefore no refund will be processed. 
3. Ship your return to the mailing address below. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail for your return (the customer is responsible for shipping costs). We are not responsible for any loss/damage that may occur to the items during shipment.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.

 

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item? 
Please contact customer service using the CONTACT FORM if you received a damaged or incorrect item. 

 

How long does it take to receive a refund? 
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment.

Once a return has been processed, a credit card refund can take 7 -10 business days to appear on your account.
